To Bed With You
Last night Ian was getting tired, so I gave him a sippy cup of milk as is our usual bedtime routine. He drank his milk for a while on my lap, then he took his cup to go as he wandered the living room. When he was done with the milk he tossed it down and walked back to his bedroom. Usually he won't go in when the light is out but last night he marched right in and over to his crib. I was totally shocked but I followed him, picked him up and put him into his crib. What happened next shocked me even more, he rolled onto his side and closed his eyes! My son put himself to bed for the first time! He is growing up way to fast. Someone please slow down time. I can't handle this.
